Loneliness and social isolation can be as damaging to health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day, researchers warned in a recent webcast, and the problem is particularly acute among single males between 16- 26 and seniors.
Everyone feels lonely at one time or another, but today it is a modern curse. It has been noted that the Covid 19 pandemic which caused worldwide quarantine has resulted in a permanent social disconnect. Travel was always a major distraction from loneliness. But the pandemic halted visitations around the world. Now dating, seniors living alone even, crime particular random shootings (which comes from a disconnect to humanity) are all problems to the issue of loneliness.
But what is loneliness? Can you be lonely in a crowd? Can you be married and still be lonely?
Loneliness is a state of mind. This is controlled by your feelings of life and death. Failure to communicate to yourself and to others can cause a negative feeling of loneliness.
Let's look at the human species of basic communication of a male and
female, the ying and the yang. Although for some the soulmate may be of the same sex.
